Our Lunch N Learn sessions are dynamic bite sized training programs held for 1-2 hours over lunch.  They are strategically designed to be interactive, informative, and thought provoking Offering the perfect solution to empower and motivate your employees without the need to lose an entire workday for your trainings. Here are the available topics for our Covenant Entrepreneurs' Network's  Lunch N Learn sessions: 

Effective Communication Skills --  Effective communication is an essential skill in today’s business world in this session you will learn to identify the purpose of each communication, listen actively for clarity and understanding, ask the right questions at the right time, communicate effectively in meetings and groups situations, express your ideas and opinions clearly, precisely and persuasively.

Workplace & Business Coaching -- High performing employees are coached, not directed.  In this session you will learn how to get the best out off your team using a “coaching style of management” and the focus is on workplace application and benefits.  It introduces the concept of coaching and clearly demonstrates how coaching is different from counseling and mentoring. The session covers how to establish objectives, develop a coaching plan and evaluate the results.

Innovation -- Global competition, heightened customer expectations and the pursuit of best practice means that the need for organizations to be innovative is no longer a wish list but a must do. In this session you will learn the importance of removing internal blockers to innovation and be introduced to proven techniques for generating and sustaining innovation within the workplace.

Creativity -- Our traditional thinking methods are no longer adequate to deal with the fast paced and rapidly changing world of today.  The methods that we use in teaching provide a deliberate, systematic process that will result in creative thinking. We believe that truly creative thinking is not a talent; it’s a skill that can be learned. Our methodology in creative thinking is revelatory and invaluable when successfully applied to the areas of Problem Solving, Strategy Development, Conducting Effective Meetings, Enhancing Innovative Thinking, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. 

Exercising Influence --  Today's successful organizations are run on “influence”.  Influence enables you to build the relationships you need to network inside or outside the formal corporate structure.  In this Lunch N Learn session, participants will learn how to develop effective influence behaviors and develop a strategic and tactical approach to apply influence to build their teams. Then they are taught to evaluate themselves on how they currently use influence behaviors and identify target areas needing development.

Change Management --  Change is a constant – and managing change effectively is an essential skill in today’s business environment.  Organizations that are successful capitalize on change. They minimize the negative impact on their people, customers and productivity. This session will show how to lead your team through the change process, paving the way for a smooth transition and learn how to avoid the # 1 mistake made by most companies 

Performance Management -- A manager/ team leader rises and falls on the performance of their people. Greater results are demanded from ever shrinking resources. Employee’s expectations of their managers are increasing. By maximizing your performance management skills you will unlock the potential within your people. Participants will leave this session with practical tools to monitor, manage and maximize performance.

Creating Exceptional Teams -- Exceptional teams don’t just happen - they have to be built, supported and managed. Teams can create greater synergy and optimize the skills, knowledge and experience of everyone involved. From this session you will leave with the principles of team dynamics and the skills to develop a high performing team.

Effective Selling -- Sales aptitude is in many ways one of the most unique attributes amongst the range of skills necessary at almost all levels of today’s organization, in that it is infinitely measurable.
