The Covenant Entrepreneurs' Network is a not-for profit organization established in 1997 designed to bolster economic growth by promoting and enhancing job growth and business creation through the education, training and mentoring of today’s budding business leaders in the practice of good business organization and management. The Covenant Entrepreneurs' Network provides access to national experts and funding resources, offering programs that train, educate and foster connections critical for building successful new ventures.
The mission of The Covenant Entrepreneurs' Network is to bring together established and successful business leaders from all diversities and levels of business for a single mission. To support the efforts of business in early stage, manufacturing, production, distribution as well as scalable, high-revenue potential firms; family-owned; and/or ownership transitioning firms
It is a well known fact that having a college degree is not necessarily a prerequisite for business success, nor is it an absolute guarantee of the kind of wisdom needed to experience enduring wealth. Practical application in the established methods of business is the key to gain the understanding needed for this. Many start ups go it alone through trial and error in their business practices, which often results in having to close their doors after their first year in business. The Covenant Entrepreneurs' Network’s mission is to end that trend, especially in the communities within the Chicago metropolitan area.
We offer training workshops for start up business owners in the disciplines of how to plan, organize, run and manage a growing business. We provide various kinds of corporate training workshops in employee management, time management, hiring the right employees for your business, as well as sessions targeted toward those who are pending downsizing within their current position and now have intentions in launching their own business once they have left their current employer. We also offer classes for young entrepreneurs who have turned their hobby into a viable business idea, guiding them through the process of conception to reality by partnering them with established business partners of The Covenant Entrepreneurs' Network in their chosen industry.
